Two white faced alloy lattice discs on painted steel upright on "Saxon" paving slab. Height 1.45 metres
The lattice strips are twisted slightly, so that the wind rotates the two discs
In lighter winds, they may oscillate gently and in a stronger breeze will rotate causing the pattern to cycle from cross-hatch to parallel lines.
